Little Office's Warranty Policy 

Effective as of 1st January 2020

Limited Warranty

This Warranty is valid only for product that you bought through LITTLE OFFICE or our authorized channels. Because we value our customers, we cover our products with this Product Compatibility and Limited Warranty Policy.

A. What our warranty covers

The Product you bought will match the descriptions we gave you when you contacted us, or through our authorized dealers.


Warranty Period

All Little Office products are warranted for lifetime except products, components and materials described below.


Chairs: Seating Mechanism, 5 prong base, seating molded foam, 

Tables: Metal or Alloy structures (Covering: table leg and beam structures only)

Panels: Metal or Aluminum structures (Covering: panel frames and metal tiles only)

Ten Years

Chairs: Armrest, gas lift, castors

Tables: Electromechanical components and structure (Covering: Actuator (HAT), and control box only) Applicable for Height Adjustable Table

Panels: Desk Panels

Five Years

Chairs: Fabric and Leather upholstery

Tables: Worktops (Covering: Laminates, MFC)

Storages: Aluminum Handles

Two Years

Storages such as pedestal, cabinets inclusive of locksets and castors.

One Years


B. Fabric and Leather Upholstery

It is acknowledged that fabrics, leather will show signs of wear and tear with normal use and exposure to local conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals; and will face and crease. Depending on the covering and the degree of use, the upholstery materials may need to be replaces periodically, at the purchaser’s expense. Your further acknowledge and agree that scars, marks, wrinkles, nicks and differing pore density and color are natural characteristics of leather and are not to be considered defects. Little Office reserves the right to determine at its discretion whether a component has failed due to wear and tear or a defect. Any item requiring replacement due to wear and tear will be at the purchaser’s expense.

C. What is covered by the warranty?

  • During first (1st) year of purchase: Complete warranty, free inspection, and labour service. (Excluding Outstation and Delivery)
  • 2nd year onwards on the applicable warranty period: Limited warranty, inclusive of part cost. Inspection, labour service and delivery may apply.
  • After applicable warranty period: Little Office continues to provide service support. Parts, labour, and delivery shall be sole responsibility of buyer.
  • Parts / components that have been serviced during the warranty will follow the warranty period of the original invoice for the product purchased.

D. General Terms

A product will not be considered to be defective, and Little Office will not repair, or replace it or refund its price if the product (1) is a consumable product, such as a lamp bulb; (2) is “Customer’s Own Material” (i.e. material specified by the purchaser or lessee that is not a standard Little Office product offering); (3) is not installed and used as recommended in Little Office’s written specification, installation and user guides; (4) is not under condition of normal use and maintenance such as exposure to outdoor, high humidity and or corrosive environment (5) has been otherwise misused or suffered abusive damage or (6) is a product that is manufactured by a third-party supplier from whom Little Office purchases it for resale without incorporating it into Little Office product (in which case Little Office will assign to the purchaser or lessee any warranty that the manufacturer provides), unless otherwise specified by Little Office in writing.

A defect in material or workmanship does not include damage to a product, or failure of a product to operate or perform properly or to maintain appearance, caused by (a) normal wear and tear; (b) an Act of God or transportation; (c) a product alteration made without Little Office’s express written authorization; (d) the natural variation of colour, grain or texture found in wood and leather; (e) the natural aging found in materials such as wood, fabric and leather which results in colours shifting during use; (f) dye lot variations in fabric, leather or wall covering (g) the natural patina of leather during use; (h) “puddling” of leather or faux leather; or (i) reverse crocking of dyes from clothing onto our seating materials. 


Product repair or replacement or refund of the price, at Little Office’s option, in accordance with this Policy, is the purchaser’s or lessee’s exclusive remedy for a product defect. Little Office shall not have tort liability with respect to a product, and Little Office shall not be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from a product defect. Little Office shall not be liable for repair or product placement due to improper installation or any defect in materials used for installation which are not manufactured, sold, or supplied by Little Office.

 Little Office may discontinue some fabrics or finishes before expiration of the applicable warranty period.
 Product repair or replacement in accordance with this warranty is the buyer's exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. Little Office shall not have any tort liability with respect to any product, and Little Office shall not be liable for any consequential, economic, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

 Except as stated above, Little Office makes no express or implied warranty as to any product. Little

Office makes no warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any particular purpose.
